What Can Be Returned

We keep it straightforward. Here's what qualifies for a return and what doesn't.

Unused, Unassembled Items
Lifts returned in original packaging, uninstalled and in the same condition as delivered.
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your lift arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we cover full return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product, we'll arrange return shipping at no cost and send the correct item immediately.
Within 30 Days of Delivery
All eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Installed or Assembled Lifts
Once a lift has been installed, bolted, or assembled, it cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns initiated after the 30-day window are not accepted unless the item is covered under warranty.
Customer-Caused Damage
Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or overloading are not eligible for a return refund.
Missing Original Packaging
Items without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or declined at our discretion.

We've made this as simple as possible. Most returns are resolved within a week from start to finish.

We Review & Approve
Our team reviews your return request β€” usually within 1 business day. We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to confirm eligibility.

Ship It Back
Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for defective/wrong items). For change-of-mind returns, customer covers return shipping. Pack securely in original packaging.
Day 2–5

Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. We'll email you when it's done.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Freight Shipping Damage

If your lift arrived visibly damaged by the freight carrier, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us immediately β€” we'll file a freight claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Missing Parts on Arrival

If your order arrived with missing components, do not initiate a full return. Contact us right away and we'll ship the missing parts at no charge, usually within 1–2 business days.

Outside the 30-Day Window

If it's been over 30 days since delivery, a return may not be possible β€” but your warranty may still apply. Call us and explain the situation. We don't just say no and walk away.

Can I return a lift I already installed?
Generally, installed lifts cannot be returned. However, if your installed lift has a defect, that falls under our warranty policy and we'll make it right. Call us β€” we'll find a solution regardless of the situation.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent you the wrong product β€” we pay all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We'll always tell you upfront.
How long until I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Is there a restocking fee?
For defective or wrong-item returns, there is no restocking fee β€” ever. For change-of-mind returns on unused items, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover handling and re-packaging costs. We'll be clear about this before you ship anything back.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes β€” we prefer exchanges over returns wherever possible. If you ordered the wrong model or want to upgrade, call us and we'll work out the easiest and most cost-effective swap for you.
What if my lift arrived with missing parts?
Don't initiate a return for missing parts β€” just contact us directly. We'll ship the missing components to you at no charge, usually within 1–2 business days. A full return is unnecessary and takes longer to resolve.
