The Return Process
We've made this as simple as possible. Most returns are resolved within a week from start to finish.

Exceptions & Special Cases
A few situations that are handled on a case-by-case basis β we'll always work with you.
If your lift arrived visibly damaged by the freight carrier, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us immediately β we'll file a freight claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
If your order arrived with missing components, do not initiate a full return. Contact us right away and we'll ship the missing parts at no charge, usually within 1β2 business days.
If it's been over 30 days since delivery, a return may not be possible β but your warranty may still apply. Call us and explain the situation. We don't just say no and walk away.
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out before filing a return. We'd rather help you get the right product than process a return. Call us β we always find a solution.
