Any defect in materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture is fully covered.
Structural Failures
Welds, frames, columns, and load-bearing components that fail under normal use conditions.
Hydraulic System
Cylinders, hoses, and pump assemblies that fail due to manufacturer defect (within covered term).
Replacement Parts
Defective parts are replaced at no cost during the warranty period including shipping on us.

Normal Wear & Tear
Wear pads, safety locks, and cosmetic surface wear from regular use are not covered.
Misuse or Overloading
Damage caused by exceeding the rated capacity or improper use is not covered.
Unauthorized Modifications
Any alteration to the lift not approved by the manufacturer voids the warranty.
Environmental Damage
Rust, corrosion, or damage caused by outdoor exposure or improper storage environment.

Do I need to register my warranty to be covered?
Your warranty is valid from the purchase date regardless of registration. However, registering your product makes the claims process much faster and ensures we have your purchase on record.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my lift?
The structural warranty is transferable to a new owner. Simply contact us with the new owner's information and we'll update the registration. The remaining warranty period carries over.
What if I installed the lift myself?
Self-installation does not void the warranty as long as the lift was installed according to the provided instructions. We include detailed installation guides with every order and are available by phone if you have questions during setup.
How long does a warranty claim take to resolve?
Most claims are reviewed within 1 business day. Once approved, replacement parts are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. We follow up to make sure everything is resolved to your satisfaction.
Are shipping costs covered on warranty replacements?
Yes β€” for approved warranty claims, we cover the cost of shipping replacement parts to you at no charge. You should never have to pay to fix a problem that was our fault.
What if my issue isn't covered by warranty?
We'll still help. If your issue falls outside the warranty, we can source the parts you need at a fair price and walk you through the repair. We don't disappear after the sale β€” that's a promise.
