Before You Reach Out

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

What ceiling height do I need for a 2-post lift?
Most 2-post lifts require a minimum ceiling height of 11–12 feet. We can help you find the right model based on your specific space β€” just give us a call or send a message with your measurements.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We'll give you a precise estimate before you order and keep you updated with tracking info.
Do you offer installation support?
Yes! We provide detailed installation guides with every lift and are available by phone or text if you run into any questions during setup. Many of our customers install their lifts themselves with no problem.
What's the difference between a 2-post and 4-post lift?
A 2-post lift gives you full access to the undercarriage for repairs and maintenance. A 4-post lift is drive-on and is better for storage or long-term projects. Not sure which is right for you? Just ask β€” that's what we're here for.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we work with financing partners to help make your purchase more manageable. Give us a call and we'll walk you through your options β€” no pressure, just honest information.
What is your return or warranty policy?
Our lifts come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the product. We stand behind every sale β€” if there's ever an issue, we'll work with you to make it right. Contact us directly and we'll sort it out.
